School-Wide Play Date Families of new and returning students meet at this informal gathering on the MCHS lower playground.
In-Service Day This refers to those days during the year when there are no Montessori classes and no BAC classes so that the staff can attend continuing education seminars or full staff meetings and work in the classroom.
Conference Day Parents are encouraged to meet with their child's quide each semester.
Conference Night These evenings are reserved for parent/guide conferences with single working parents or households in which both parents work outside the home.
Early Release Day Extended day students not enrolled in BAC leave at 11:45 am. All other students remain on their usual schedule.
Montessori Information Night Invite your friends to attend this adult evening to discuss reasons to choose the Montessori education.
Parent Observation Parents may schedule a 30 minute in-class observation. Parents of returning students may do so beginning November 6 and parents of new students may schedule depending on student readiness or starting January 16.
Fathers' Night An evening event in which childen bring their fathers into their classrooms to share their work. This event is scheduled for second, third, and fourth year students and for students who are in Montessori extended day.
Mothers' Night An evening event in which childen bring their mothers into their classrooms to share their work. This event is scheduled for second, third, and fourth year students and for students who are in Montessori extended day.
